The CM series precision optical chamfering machine produced by the company is a semi-automated device specifically designed for precision chamfering during the cold processing of optical components. It can be used to chamfer optical components with shapes such as flat optical discs and circular discs; it is compatible with nearly all types of optical materials, including ordinary glass, K9, BK7, fused quartz, LBO, BBO, YAG, zinc selenide, monocrystalline silicon, YVO₄, CaCO₃, CaF₂, sapphire, among others.The CM02A chamfering machine features simple operation, excellent consistency in chamfering results, and high precision in chamfering amount control; it allows for free adjustment of the chamfering amount, enables real-time monitoring of the chamfering amount and grinding linear speed directly on the display screen, and eliminates the need for separate measurement after the chamfering process.
